I had some frames with foundation in storage that developed mold this spring.  I cleaned off all the fuzzy bits with soap and water let them dry and them put them back in storage.  I need to add a honey super and although the frames are visibly clean and dry there is still a funky mold smell (I guess embeded in the wood).  Will this affect the honey? Will adding 10 frames with this oder affect the hive.

Don't think it will cause a problem one bit. If you're worried about the smell you can soak them in lemon juice.

Ok, great. I have a lemon tree that gives me 25 gallons of lemons a year.  I have plenty of lemon juice! The frames already have the foundation on.  Can I still soak in lemon juice?

Yes. Another thing you can try but you might have to remove the foundation, is a propane torch, it will kill mold spores, and the smell.
