In my nuc today noticed my queen cell was opened and I believe I seen my virgin queen she was running around the frames and look to have some drone sac trailing her.  I not sure if this is her first flight will probably find out her soon.  Here is a picture I believe is her.  And dont worry i caught her and put her back in the frame she didnt fall off.

That isnt the sac of a drone?  I assumed that they sometimes come back from flight with it on them and the ladies have to get it off.  It was stuck to her rear and wasnt coming off she was walking all over the frames
