Monarda -- bee balm

My monarda is in full bloom.  In my garden I don't like to call it bee balm, because I never see any bees on it.  Go figure.  There must be other flowers more attractive to them while this is blooming.  Enjoy the pic.  Have a wonderful day.  Cindi

I love bee balm! It's especially festive around the 4th of July because I always think it's flowers look like fire works.

I have occasionally seen bees on mine but the flowers are a little hard for them to work. Takes them a minute just to shove their head in there.
