Guess what I found?

I extracted three supers day fore yesterday.
I put the empty's out near the garden, about 200 to 300 feet away from my hives for a cleanup.
I had only one hive that had excess bees flying around it.

It could be that this one colony has a higher potential to rob than the others.
I am glad I noticed this, now I can exclud it in any thought of getting queens from.
Nothing I can do about it coming back from the drones, but it will be the next to be requeened.

It could be that that colony has a higher potential to harvest than the others. But they are not robbing, they are working.
Queen breeders use a similar test to select hives.

Or it's on the end of the row downwind and the bees tend to drift to it...
