Colony Tracking Spreadsheet

OK, its snowing now and I have some free time away from churning out frames byt he hundreds, so I sat with a cup or three of coffee this morning and started tweaking the spreadsheet I started in a different thread.

Changes are many (but only to the colony portion.  Queens and Yards have not changed):

• Changed orientation of category text to reduce horizontal spacing
• Added color and main categories and moved things around to reflect the categories
• Added about a dozen new columns to add more detail to the tracking
• Added misc notes

Note: This version currently has the auto (click menu) sort function turned off.  This is temporary.

Let me know what you think.  I figure a new thread for this by itself (was originally with the Sugar to Water mix ratio spreadsheet I built).

This will also be available in its final form, for free as a copy left document for free non-profit distribution.

I am new to this forum, new to bees and such. Just had a few hives given to me this fall. (12) Loving it so far. Thank you so much for the downloads they are amazing. I don't know if you ever have need to use something like this but go to expressocorp.com and see what you think. It is something that I have been working on for a while. It is basically a way to post your excel spreadsheets and then grant others the right to use, view, and manipulate your fields. Plus you can set it up to get an email alert and track the history of the changes. Again amazing spreadsheets and thanks for sharing. Hope my expresso is useful for you as well.
