Packaged BEES Help!!

Hey ever one how are you doing?  I have a friend down in south Ok thats wanting to get some hives. Me and him have been talking  and he all ready knows what to buy for the hives and that good stuff.  Now he want to know where is the best place to buy bees at?   He is not all that far from dadant in Paris Tx         So Dadant Vs Rossman  wich is better?   Or is there any other good places?   I said kelleys but sense i've never got a package of bees I have no clue where to buy from.  Good thing I was luckey and got free bees.
