I found this site while on another.  Have had bees for about three years now and run a small bird farm.  Hope to learn alot here.

Welcome Stan! This is a fun site, and lots of knowledge here. There are also bird lovers here as well, check out the farming and country life forum at the bottom of the main forum listing page. Enjoy! Ok, I checked your website out, so you must like to flyfish yourself, right? I know I do!

Howdy Doo Stan,

I just LOVE this forum , hope you do too! I also have birds, canaries, grass keets and button quail.  Used to hand feed all varieties of Peach Faced Lovebirds...had quite a few!  Been into bees barely one year.

Stan, welcome, yep, you will find this a great place to learn even more about the bees.  You have been keeping bees for three years and I bet you have learned lots already.  Spend time here, ask any question, all questions deserve answers, and that you will get.  Have a great and wonderful day, Cindi
There are strange things done in the midnight sun by the men who moil for gold.  The Arctic trails have their secret tales that would make your blood run cold.  The Northern Lights have seen queer sights, but the queerest they ever did see, what the night on the marge of Lake Lebarge, I cremated Sam McGee.  Robert Service

Welcome Stan! Where is Elk?  I am in Buckley, which is in the foothills on the W side of the cascades.  My climate is probably much like Cindi's, maybe a bit less snow but damp!
