I stored some supers in moth crystals, and some of the frames were half filled (or less) with honey.  If I give the frames a good 2-3 week airing, can I still put them on the hives with no harm to the bees?  I'm hoping they'll just clean them out before the flowers bloom.

If all the cells were capped it should be fine.

It still may be ok, as mothballs work by emitting a vapor that kills or discourages. I don't believe it will have penetrated your frames but I will investigate this. Others will chime in on this matter soon, I am sure.

The honey was not ripe if not capped.  It probably fermented in the comb.  what ever you do, don't try to eat it.  Put it back on the hive for the bees  to clean out.  They will dispose of it cause they don't like fermented honey either.
