When I install the 4# of bees into their new home...will one medium with frames/foundation be large enough.  I am guessing so, and there will be nothing drawn out...install them into one medium??  The add additional as needed?

sure it is enough room, just remember to feed (1 to 1 syrup) and they will draw it out a little faster than a 3# pound package, just watch for drawn out frame count like you should before adding the next medium (remeber 7-8 frames completed) , all should be fine.
THAT's ME TO THE LEFT JUST 5 MONTHS FROM NOW!!!!!!!!

Yes.

I usually install them in a one five frame medium nuc if I don't have any drawn frames...

They will fit easily in an eight or  ten frame medium.
