While cutting the wooden parts to the specs in my plans, I realized that 3/4 inch PVC tubing is not 3/4 inch in outer diameter. Time to revise my plans in consideration of the actual outer diameter of the tubing I will be using.

Good thing I hadn't gone ahead and cut many parts before I discovered my error.

Have you looked at hot water PVC? I think it is narrower. Perhaps it is measured outside instead of inside diameters

Howdy Jerry,
I think you mean CPVC. No worries, I already bought the 3/4" PVC, so I modified my plans to use it instead. Now I only have to incorporate eight lengths of pipe instead of eleven.

For future reference use the 1/2 inch PVC and space for 8 or 10 depending hive width.

Thanks Brian. Here I was trying to be so careful, and forgot to look up the actual dimensions of the PVC pipe.  :?
