Moving a frame of eggs

I may need to move a frame of eggs from one bee yard to another about 20 min drive away. How long will the eggs last outside of the hive? And how would I go about moving the frame? I have a nuc box that I can use for transportation. Any suggestions.

Eggs are reasonably hardy if they aren't chilled for too long.  Try a nuc with a hot water bottle in it for a container.  :)

A small ice chest with a hot damp towel on the bottom will usually work

try a frame of hachet larvae in all stages instead -the bees could eat the eggs -they will accept the larvae -and if you are going to make queens from grafting or induced superseder your success will-be greater -leave the nurse bees for the journey RDY-B
