I think I put the 2nd deep hive body on too early, what do I do next?

I put a 2nd deep hive body on a few weeks ago when there were only 4 frames drawn because I was not sure when I would be able to get back to the hive. The 2nd deep has 4 or 5 frames drawn on it now as well. Should I combine both on the bottom deep and put the empty frames in the top hive body?

They will balance things out.
