Brood disease?

One of my hives has capped brood in the lower chamber that has some perforations and some large larvae that are brown and not capped.  Larval position in the cell seems unusual too.  Caps are not sunken and there is no ropiness from putting a stick in an affected cell and pulling it out.  The hive is slow to grow but brood has a good pattern and in second chamber everything looks great, just not enough brood to suit me at this point in the season.  Any ideas what may be going on?  Time to requeen?  We have had some cooler temps recently at night.  Thanks.

 twb, I don't think its been cool enough to hurt anything.  You and I are about in the same pocket, or you may be a little above me. Most of the time I have about the same thing as Athens and/or Augusta.
Check and see if the workers are bringing any dead larvae out the entrance. Chalk Brood, maybe.
