new queen

hello. my bees swarm today if i put in a new queen will the ones left in the hive kill her. :'( :'( :'(

The new queen may not,  but the bees may.  Depends on how loyal they have become to the new queen.  Bees usually swarm before the new queen cells hatch, so if you can get them out before any hatch, you could then re-queen if you want.
