Scholarly peer reviewed reference needed....

Not sure where to place this. I am writing a bit of a research paper and a proposal, and wondered if anyone could directed me to a scholarly peer reviewed article or paper inclusive of the statement [..honeybees pollinate every third bite of food we eat] in as many words. I have no doubt the statement is true but as many of you know professors like scholarly reviewed references. Thanks in advance.

I noticed you can't blow up the pics from the forum but if you right click on them and save them to your computer, you can open an imaging program and zoom in on them that way.

Ok thanks Bassman1977. Google has lots of references to that but I cannot pinpoint its origin or who determined that statistic.

Actually you can. Just hold your Ctrl key and hit the + key until it makes you happy.

I completely forgot about that. You can hold ctrl and use the wheel mouse to adjust the page too.
