what do i do with crystalized honey in the supers.

Heat it to 100 degrees F. for 24 hours. An old refrigerator and a light bulb will do the job.

You could also pull those frames and give it to other hives that need some extra feed, this is what I do.

Put it on top of you rapidly expanding hives so they can turn it into brood...

 If you are wanting to harvest it place the supers with crystalized honey on top of an empty deep or a couple empty supers and lay a drop light in the bottom and it will heat the super and liquify the honey for extraction.
