Shuffling drawn comb with blank foundation.

OK,
I installed a new 3# bee package with straight foundation, no comb.

I am new to this, but will assume the comb will be drawn out first in the center frames, as this is where the Queen prefers to lay.

I, of course, want the full super to have drawn comb....should I rotate the drawn frames to the outside of the supper box as they are drawn out, placing the plain foundation towards the middle?

If so, how many drawn foundations would you maintain in the center for the queens, while the workers are filling out the rest?

Or will the workers certainly draw out the full box without my assistance?

If you don't add another super too soon, they will draw out all 10 frames.

I know it's hard for a beginner to stay out of the hive.
Give the bees a break let them do their thing.
You don't mention feeding them, but if you want them to draw wax, it will help.

In the mean time join your local bee club, get first hand local info., your local public library is also a excellent start.
