Ahhhh . . . .   :-D

So my swarm from the other day seems to have settled in, brining in pollen and having drained a quart of syrup thus far.  I think maybe they'll be staying in their new home!!!

Also brought home 2 more 3 lb pacakges with queens tonight, installed them with one little bitty sting, pierced the queen's candy and left them to settle in . . . .

Guess the only thing to do now is sit back, wait, and hope nobody decides to leave their new homes!!!!

With the established hive thriving, this leaves me at 4 hives now, which was always my goal.    (makes one wonder why i still have two bait hives out then, huh?

The reason is universally obvious, you can never have too many hives! :D

Sometimes your own bees will swarm out to a bait hive in your own yard, another reason to having extra bait hives in the bee yard.

If you do catch a fifth or six hive, you could also sell those colonies off for extra income.

The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling.
And even more beautiful is knowing that you are the reason behind it!!!
