What it created using sugar water in the fall?

If not, then can't you just leave it on and extract it later in the year?

i had some that i just did.  most was honey, but i suspected that a little was from syrup.  i crushed and strained it and whipped a pound of butter into it.  if the honey was not pure, you sure can't tell now!!  it tastes great.   :-D  it is for my use only.
