Could someone suggest a place to order and new Queen. Maybe a website or a magazine, phone number, what ever suggestions you have would be appreciated?

I always recommend getting locally-produced queens which are well adapted to your local climate. I suggest contacting some local bee clubs and asking about local queen breeders:
