Hive swarmed

One of my hives swarmed May 23rd, but after 3 days the bees went back into their original hive.  The following Saturday they swarmed again, I captured them, but they didn't like the 5 frame nuc and left that crowed home in favor of the woods.  My question is, when should I expect the new queen to be laying eggs if all goes well.  I don't want to go into the hive too early and mess around with frames and possibly kill a new queen.

I would let them be for 5-7 days. Then inspect to see what she is up to.
