From cell phone to these pages

I have a video file from a cell phone down loaded onto my 'puter, by way of email. (My daughters cell) Shows up in Quicktime. I don't like quiktime. Can't seem to do anything with it. I want to post this video of my psycho chicken on here. I don't have a clue how to do that.

Hints?  :?
