This is a second season colony that had honey dripping down to the first floor. Harahan, Louisiana, again, a gentle colony. The ladies who live in this house were glad to see them go to a better place.

Nice job JP.

That old plaster and wood lathe is a real pain, tough stuff, and sure makes a mess.

It's hard to believe that back then they did not have any type of insulation in the walls, not so bad as far south as you are but up north I don't see how people kept from freezing to death sometimes.

Are the cut outs slowing down for you, have not seen as many postings, get to missing the pics.
