Not Sure What Flower/Bush This is

Not sure what flower/bush this is, but the bees really love it.  It appears to have both pollen and nectar.

It's a cultivar of mallow, related to the hibiscus.

Looks like it could be a lavatera. I have several and the bees love them for nectar and pollen, almost year round here in California.
