dead hive

I lost one hive this last winter. I cleaned out the hive yesterday. There are spots of capped brood, pollen and some uncapped honey. Can I use these frames for the new package I've ordered? Will the new bees clean out the capped cells? Or should I start over with new fountation?

No worries, the new bees will clean it all up, as well as use the remaining pollen and honey.  That drawn comb will give the new bees a great head start.
