What are they doing ?

What are they doing when they all come out of the hive and cluster in a tree and fly around and then go back in the hive ?
Acts2:37: Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

They're trying to swarm but probably forgot to take the queen with them! They'll get it right, usually on the next attempt. Put a swarm trap in that tree immediately!
