Installing a queen from a package question?

Hello,  I have two 3 lb packages coming either this week or next in Michigan.   I think I have a good understanding as far as putting the girls in the box but the Queen?   Should I remove say frame ten and then spread frames five and six to squeeze the queen cage in between?
