My poor kid...

My 13 yoa son has helped me on a few removals this season.  The most recent one was an apartment building and I had to go into the inside wall.  Cameron, my son, was outside handing tools, frames, etc. through the window to me.

We had just taken a break for a little hydration.  I threw my jacket back on, and started cutting again.  I did not realize that he had not pulled his veil on, and I leaned out the window with a piece of comb and bees.  He had walked away to pull his hood on, but a bee landed on his lip. He said when he tried to "puff" her away, she NAILED him.  

We were two hours in and that was the first sting.  They were very docile, but she did not like his breath.  Even though he got lit up, he is still determined to help any and every time.  Money seems to soothe most wounds LOL.  

With his permission, I posted a few pics for your enjoyment.  As painful as it was, he still found a way to enjoy it.  Once he realized he had a built in haloween mask, he used it to his advantage.

The first pic is the swelling on the way up.  The second it is maxed out and he is enjoying his joker looking grin.  The third is just a normal pic to show the difference.  Poor kid...:)

If he got stung on the face and is still willing to help out, I think you have a great helper! He's a masochist for the art! Bravo, Cameron!

Ha ha!  what a trooper!

How many starlets from hollywood pay thousands for that exact treatment!! :)

Wow, what can you say to that. When I got stung in the eye I did not even swell as much as that.
