ants are getting the boot

as the hive is getting stronger I have noticed the ant population decreasing      A LOT    way to go killer girls

i have a minor ant issue but i don't see the bees messing with them.  last night when i got home i walked out to watch the bees.
on my (less than sociable) hive they were covering the front of two deeps and bearding off the entrance.  there was a clump of bees on the ground about the size of a tennis ball.  i went to get the camera and when i got back the clump was gone and there was a very dead carpenter bee laying there.   these girls are mean.
