Copied form the bylaws page

"NOTE: all new members go through a short period of time that they can not post links to pictures, websites, etc., to protect against pornography or other inappropriate content. If a new member attempts to post a link of photo,  they will get an error message to remove the link.  Again, don't try to bypass this restriction by posting partial or broken up links and telling people how to reassemble the link.  You will be caught and banned with no prior warning given. You can email the link(s) to [email protected]  (please no photos, just links to hosted photos), and a moderator will gladly post the link for you. Shortly after, you gain full member privileges and you can post links and photos here. This step is to assure we don't have a spammer purposely signing to cause havoc to our membership."

And with the bees on the front of your hive.   Its called bearding.   It is A OK.   You have a strong hive there.

JP

That is bearding and a strong hive and they may need more room as in another box which only you can decide by going through them.

Bearding, not sure if they need more room, more likely they need more air!  Put a small wedge or stone (quarter inch) under the top cover to lift it up, the need ventilation.  They beard because they are too hot inside their house so they come outside to cool off.  This is dangerous where I live in NY because skunks will eat them up at night on me.  Now I don't worry about bearding, I use top entrances. :)  Good luck!

As JP mentioned, the brood area may be to crowded and you could pull a couple of frames up in the middle of a new box and replace with empty ones to give some needed space. If your weather is anthing like it is here in the northeast they may need the ventilation.
Also in the first picture, is that a varroa inspection board sticking out the back of a screened bottom ? If so pull it out and let it breathe.
