saw my first bee dance today it was pretty cool, I saw a total of three bees doing it,  I also saw the emergence of new bees today.


how long does it take to go from a baby bee to a worker ( forager ) ?

They can start collecting nectar and pollen as early as 12 days old.

I saw my first bee dance yesterday.  That little gal just kept shaking her body and doing her little figure 8 thing.  It was so cute.  She just seemed so excited and wanted the whole hive to know what she had found.  If her pals would get tired of watching her, she would just go up to a new group of girls and start all over again.
