Gentilly Bees Part Two

We were at it again yesterday folks. The hive on the back end of the house turned out to be one heck of a hive yeah. Schawee was a human Bee Vac today, scoopin' those bees right up.

You see when I scoop the queen up, I see her in my hand. Gotta give him credit though, he scooped her into the box. :-D

Later, when he was feelin' real brave like, he pulled her out of the box with his bare "he man" hands.

There was 40,000 bees in that box! (Is what he said! 8-) )

...And he ate TWO plates of dessert today, I swear!

Oh, and there's likely gonna be a Part Three to this one, a continuance...

That was cool!! So were the bees doing the fanning at the box and that is why you had the feeling she was in there??

We had lunch at a chinese buffet with an assortment of desserts: ice cream, tarts, apple pie croissants...

Schawee had an assortment! :-D

Annette, the bees between the joists weren't bunching up like they were and the bees in the deep set up were awfully content and not returning to the floor area where the hive had been.

Hmm chinese buffet? That means sweet & sour chicken, coconut chicken, general tsao' chicken, teriyaki chicken a fried donut and some cut up fruit in a mystery gelatin like substance.

Like VolunteerK9, I would have been FULLY suited up.
This past weekend I was stung through the suit!

But ya know, it's 95F out here today in California, I might go suitless for a swarm call this afternoon. We'll see.
