I inspected the hives two weeks ago.  Now the Goldenrod is in full swing and so is my buckwheat.  I have seven hives.  Four of them from swarms this year and two from packages this year.  Two weeks ago I was worried as the bees in three hives had only built out one deep.  Now two weeks later those three are finally drawing out the bottom deep.  One of my spring swarms has two deeps crammed full and one super just about full of honey.  I have supers on four hives and all four are starting to draw them out and fill them up.  I am guessing I will get a full super off of three of them and the other one I will check in another week and see if it is capped.  If so I will extract it and put it back on the hive to see if they will fill it again!  Yippee'. ..... not a bumper crop but for first year hives I will definitely take it!!!
