How much is a colony/hive worth?

Thinking of selling some extra hives next year as I don't have enough space.
What's a medium with 10 frames with brood, honey, pollen, laying queen worth?
(Guess you say it's like a nuc)

i wouldnt let it go for less than 90 to 100 but thats me.  most others would probably say somewhere near that.

most often i find my greatest source of stress to be OPS  ( other peoples stupidity )

We sell 10 frame deeps, frames and bees only for $120. With hive box/solid BB/migratory top $160.

If you look at the price of buying 8 or 10 frame hive complete your looking at about $160, Bees around $60.00 for a 3lbs box, and Ive been told the comb is worth its weight in gold. Now lets add the price of comb that already comes with its own food supply, a laying machine, maybe weight in gold and silver  :-D.  I have seen hives including colony on craiglist selling for $160 to $200 in Colorado. The add never says how many boxes you get though.

this spring i paid 85.00 each for two five frame nucs placed into my own eight frame deeps.
i would imagine you could double that for a ten frame hive and woodware.
