hot box heating element options

I want to build a hot box useing a chest freezer.   I have the 110 controler that will shut off power to any heating unit.   I kicked around useing a hot plate or small ceramic heater with its built in controls bypassed.   I would like to hold about 100 deg.  The freezer should hold about 10 buckets.   Any ideas?

Couple of 100 watt light bulbs. I built a hot box for welding rods out of an old refrigerator. 2-100 watt bulbs kept the temp well over 100 degreesF and humidity way down. A controller would have been icing on the cake!

Its funny the honeyrun link was like it was written about me.   The  chest freezer I am useing was used to store drawn frames.   It had been sitting empty in the basement of my barn forever.   Years ago I had built 3 tracks end to end that held a couple of hundred drawn frames.   The controller pictured is the same one I have.   I had been planning on buying it for making Lager beer but  Uncle sam wouldn't let me write it off for that purpass.   Wife also needs this type of controller for ageing cheese.   Thanks again

I ended up useing a small ceramic heater.   I had to take it apart and by pass the heater controls.    I set the controller to come on at 85 and shut off at 90.   After the buckets came up to temp the thing only runs about once a hour for 55 sec
