observation hive book

Someone recently mentioned a book on observation hives and I'll be darned if I can find the thread it was posted in.

I seem to recall it was a book you had to send away for (may not be available on amazon or stardard online or bookseller sources).  I might be wrong on this.

Anyone recall this book?
