What bulk packers are there in Victoria that people sell their honey to?

I've got 22 hives now and know I will have more honey than I can give away... Does anyone sell theirs to packers? I was thinking of getting a 1,000L food grade IBC and filling that. What's the going rate? Who do you sell it too?
