need help buildin 4 frame mini mating nuc

I would like to build 19 4 frame mini mating nuc.
How much Plywood will in need? Is there any other materials that I wood need.

Not sure how mini you're looking for.  I assume maybe you're looking for half size frame designs?

I stumbled across a nice set of Golden Gopher plans (UofMinn) while surfing BeeHivejournal blogspot tonight.  Here's the link to the UMN design.

They've got a drawing and materials list for a 3 frame and 4 frame mini nuc.

Here's another cool mini design from the Golden Gophers.  

This one is 4 mini mating nucs in an apartment configuration.  It's got a cool central feeder for all the apartments.
