Tons of drones in the honey supers and they are getting fat on the honey!  :-x
Do you exclude them?

Michael Bush

The drones have an important and energy dependent job to do.  Every afternoon they have to fly to the DCA (Drone Congregation Area) and troll for queens.  They fly until they are exhausted and then return to the hive.  If they did not do this job there would be no fertile queens and therefore no honey bees.
