selling honey Off and On

Well I thought that since it was my first year selling that I was going to have almost 25 lbs left over that I havent sold... then BOOM 8 pounds hear 5 pounds there and wow I am almost sold out of the spring harvest......

 :-D  Great problem to have.    I quit worrying a long time ago if we were going to sell all the honey or not.  It just happens.   Wait until the mead makers find you.
