I just wanted to be shure my queen is still there. last time i opend the hive i saw capped brood and no fresh bood this is from a cut out and they havent drawn any more frames.

Also would it hurt anything to take my outside frame ( no foundation just empty frame) and replace it with a frame with fountdation? This is next to the 3 brood frames.

i usually wait a week, but if you are concerned, you can check in 3 or 4 days.  yes you can replace the empty frames.

Yes if they need it but no if they do not.  I have found that the bees are always smarter then I am when it comes to what they need. But not so good when it comes to picking an exacta.   :buttkick: :lau: :lau: :lau:
