Bluebarb Jam

This is what I made today. The local grocery store had blueberries on a huge sale so I bought some, and then I had all this rhubarb ready to go in my flower bed.

So, cooked 3 cups rhubarb, chopped for 5 minutes, Added chopped blueberries 2.5 cups, 1 box fruit pectin no sugar required, 1 tbs lemon juice, and about 1 cup or so of Splenda, cooked for a few minutes, then ladled into hot jars. Process in boiling water canner for 5 minutes.

That sounds wonderful!! I love rubarb pie. :) I haven't had rubarb in years though. Blueberries are another of my favorite fruits. Let me know how it tastes.

Sounds soo good. Where can i get a jar of that?    Work in Waltham,  travel all over New England.  PM if you had an extra jar....     I'll trade you a jar of  my world famous honey...

They are small jars, but would be happy to give you one Michael.  Hey aren't you the one that is the musik master for the fife and drum corps?

Sorry,  Wrong Michael Keane.  You must have me confused with someone that has musical talent.    I am amazed though with the other people that I share a name with....
