http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&_trksid=p4340.l2565&rt=nc&item=140720517063  Nope it's not mine nor do I know who's it is.  I ran across it while searching for seed plates for a John Deere 494 planter that I'm restoring for sweet corn and wild life food plots.

If you take a close look at the entrance there is no staining.....IMO this is a fake.

Can't believe someone would pay that much for a weaved basket smeared with cow crap ! :idunno:

It is cool for sure, but maybe only 10 bucks cool.

Looked like it was missing the cow dung to me.  Must have to pay extra for the dung outer covering.  Had a few signs of usage in the inside of the skep.  I guess people like the "primitive" adjective on the front of the name and pay top dollar for it.  I have a primitive smoker and hive tool.  Wonder what they would bring.

My reaction was, if used for real, not grungy enough.  Just getting the comb from around the cross bars would be a major mess.

It's up to $260.00 and reserve still not met!   It's cute but I think I'm crafty enough to make one myself; LOL
