Went back today & removed a section of the band board. 20 lbs of honey was behind the blocking! Was able to remove all comb, including all that were down in the wall.

I wanna say roughly 5 & 1/2 hrs. Of course some of that time was spent reminiscing with the customer & his wife about bees. She was very excited about the entire process, even took some pictures I'm hoping to get from her. Will post them if I get them.
