Can anyone tell me why my queen bee keeps walking out of my Top Bar Hive? I've only had her for 4 days, it's my first time as a beekeeper.

Maybe there is another queen in there...

how would I know? the bees are all piled together in one spot. If there was more then one queen what do you suggest I do with her?

What do yo mean by walking out?

Could she be trying to leave on a mating flight (or returning from one)?

Roofer

i have a queen that often leaves her tbh for a few mins, lands on my greenhouse then flies back she keeps doing it but the hive is doing exceptionaly well, elsewhere I was told it was a drone , but I do know the difference between both

Put a queen excluder across the entrance.  If you don't have one, PM me and I will send you one.
