brood on honey frames??

I have been keeping bees for almost 14yrs. I have 7 Lang hives. Today we robbed them and I had 3 frames that had small patches of brood (golf ball size spots) and 2 with beautiful patches of pollen on them.  Never had this before... maybe a 'cell' or two of brood but never had patches of pollen..

How do you 'cut' out the brood with out making a mess and will the honey be effected by the pollen?  Thank you.

1) Lift the frames to top most and let bees emerge

2) You may extract frames. Put a grease paper patch over the brood. Glue it with honey. Brood  will stay in cells in extracting.
