I'm getting free spam when clicking on new topics. Anyone else? Running IE on this computer.

Go Here  and click on the 'Download now'.  

download it
install it
run it

Warning, every time you reboot your computer the infection may get worse.  Until Malwarebytes cleans it all up.

Also, STOP RUNNING IE!.  It was out of date a decade ago.  Get yourself Foxfire or Opera browsers.  Then all thing will be better.
Other than the Malwarebytes above you should also run CCleaner. Get HERE, click on 'download latest version. install it.  Run it every day.

All of this is Freeware so it costs nothing.    The CCleaner installation will ask you to add a new toolbar to your browser.  Decline the toolbar and carry on.
