if i want to take honey out of a super can i just take it off the hive and leave it on the ground so the beees will fly out of the box

Do you want to remove a super to extract or some of the frames.  When I was getting my bee equipment to start with I got a good dollie that has a set of wheels that can be put down at upper end when you lay the dollie down.  I works good for something to put supers or brood boxs on when doing inspections or getting supers off.  When I am getting frames for extracting, I take an empty super on dollie, smoke the hive, remove top, and inspect the frames in super for being capped.  If the super is full of capped honey remove super, if it has several frames not capped I will remove the frames that are.  Depending on how many frames are taken from a super I will add some empty frames or space the frames out. As for setting super on the ground, I guess you could, if you have other hives next to the one your working on, I have set a super from one hive on top of another hives cover. Hope this helps.

If you are asking if you can use this method to empty the super of bees instead of using a fume board or bee ascape. "NO" The bees will not leave there honey. They will get more bees and rob it all back before they leave the super.

This is called "abandonment" and was C.C. Miller's favorite method of getting bees out of the supers.  The problem is you can't do it in a dearth without setting off robbing and you really should do it just before dark just in case.
