    Having been a huge hockey fan for decades, I have to say I didn't miss the NHL much. Now its back and I checked in on the Sharks games. Its back and I'm back watching. Big hits, pretty goals and close competition. Sharks are off to a great start 4 and 0. Red Wing fans, eat your heart out!

I expect nothing g but the best from the Red Wings. That's why we love to watch them play. My Sharks are disappointing in the playoffs. They are off to a nice start. Lets see what happens. Wings need to get on the good foot, or be embarrassed!

Hate those west coast games.   We are in the eastern time zone.   I have a hard time getting up for work if I watch them.

I have always complained about the games out west.  Actually you guys have a bigger bleep.   When the west plays here or in Nashville you guys are still at work at game time

    Although I'm from Chicago and grew up watching the original six, I'm rooting for the Wild. I don't want to see my Sharks facing Chicago, down the road. I'm also rooting for the Wings to take the ducks. Reason. Wings will be in the east next year. I want to see Wings/ Sharks in the West final. I do believe this would be the most exiting match-up.

I'm also hoping the wild can pull it off.   Although I have lived here in Michigan for 25 years and 25 in Wisconsin, my family is from Minn and we all hate Chicago.   Having the wings play in CA stinks.  Games dont even start until after my bed time

    Have faith! I never count the Wings out. My hopes for a Wings/Sharks west final are going according to plan. Not off with a good start against the Kings.

    Angry! I'm really angry! Sharks played a great game in this losing effort. I do not agree with the penalties called to give the Kings the 5on3. The tripping on Stuart was questionable. the Vlasik (spelling) penalty was a bad call as the puck bounced off the king player. What makes me angry is the calls being made at all.  This is the play offs! To give a 5on3 with 3 minutes left on questionable calls is wrong!

I missed that game but have seen that kinda crap to many times.  I'm watching my winds right now. 2nd just ended with us up 2 to 1 and we almost made it 3 - 1 with 2.5 seconds left.  Wings are playing playoff quality hockey.  If this keeps up we just might be out west one more time.

Seriously not interested in the NHL yet?  Bruins vs. Blackhawks??  The two best teams in this shortened season are going to play for the cup tomorrow.
