Tefer, they have a yard, pretty big one too but this hive was in their shed in the extreme rear of the yard. Of course Big Daddy Bud says our houses are too darn close to each other for his comfort level.  :-D

JP, it does seem like there are a lot of privacy fences in your video's.
Up here, we like some space between our neighbors. If you can hit the house next door with a beer can, your to close! Things change when you live by a lake though. Empty lots near the lake are rare anymore.
Where is Big Daddy Bud lately? He usually shows up once in a while to give you a hard time about something. I have a feeling he's reading all of this.
